  • Liaise with customers and clients as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage cleaning schedules, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor attendance and time-keeping, reporting any issues to the Site/Account Manager.
  • Ensure all staff wear the correct uniform and represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required by the client or company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
