Position Overview

The Sales and Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in managing sales orders and providing support to both UK trade and wholesale clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the efficient delivery of products while overseeing payments from UK wholesalers and direct trade customers.
  • Enhancing the effectiveness of the sales office by providing dedicated administrative support.
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Inputting orders into the NAV/CRM system accurately.
  • Focusing on the support of the UK wholesale and trade customer segments.
  • Providing administrative assistance for national accounts, including support for presentations and daily operations.
  • Engaging in telesales activities, including upselling opportunities.
  • Conducting cold calls to explore new business prospects.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in customer service and telesales within a manufacturing context, along with proficiency in IT tools such as Office 365, PowerPoint, and NAV.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires building and maintaining effective relationships. The candidate should be organized, possess excellent planning abilities, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer inquiries.
