Customer Service Sales Executive

A leading food manufacturer is seeking a skilled Customer Service Sales Executive to join their team. This role will involve supporting the sales office function and managing sales orders for UK trade and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of product and monitoring UK wholesaler and direct to trade payments.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales office, including order entry onto the NAV/CRM system.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting the national accounts team with presentations and day-to-day activities.
  • Telesales, including upselling and cold calling new potential business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telesales and customer service within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Office 365 and NAV.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
