Key Responsibilities

  • Offer expert advice and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, reflecting positively on the company's image.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
