This role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in person or over the phone.
  • Develop a fun and outgoing personality to engage with customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service skills to meet customer needs.
  • Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Perform duties such as serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, and cashing up, while following company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain clean and organized front-of-house areas.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services.
