Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. As a key member of our Regional Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive growth for our Southeast Region.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be working closely with our Regional Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management industry. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and delivering effective waste solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with new clients and understand their needs
  • Deliver effective waste solutions that meet client requirements
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet sales performance and revenue targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial background, with a proven track record in new business sales. You should also have experience of generating, managing, and maintaining a sales pipeline, as well as delivering against a 100% new business target.

We are looking for someone who is driven, experienced, and IT-literate, with a strong commercial acumen and a hunger to develop and succeed. A background in the waste industry is not essential, as we will provide you with all the training you need.
