Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to take on the role of Head of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support the business.
  • Develop and implement long-term workforce planning strategies to ensure the company has the talent and skills needed to achieve its goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with unions and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the company has a pipeline of talent ready to take on key roles.
  • Support the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and success.
  • Experience working in a multi-site, operational organization with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of environment.
  • Strong coaching and development skills with the ability to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
