Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group.
About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Managers and Managers across your client group, providing full generalist support and advice. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting employee relations, performance, policy development, engagement, and developing management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and guidance to Senior Managers and Managers
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations and performance management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of management capability
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have existing level of employee relations knowledge and a commercial approach. You will also need to be able to work in an environment where there is change and a variety of challenges.
