Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. As an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients, ensuring the health and wellbeing of their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full occupational health treatment service, including wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, health surveillance, safety critical medicals, travel health, travel assessments, vaccinations, and D&A testing.
  • Assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide professional advice, support, and guidance to employees on-site.
  • Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the occupational health sector and health surveillance experience.
  • Experience working within A&E/intensive care departments or as a practice nurse is highly desirable.
  • Registered nurse with the NMC, holding a valid and up-to-date Pin.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
  • Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
