We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our client's multidisciplinary team based at their site in the UK. As an integral part of the team, you will provide a compassionate and professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care that our client's employees receive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to employees on-site, including health assessments, vaccinations, and treatment of work-related injuries.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Conduct health surveillance and provide advice on health and safety matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote a healthy and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in occupational health nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
