Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational health treatment services, including health assessments, health promotion, and health surveillance.
  • Offer professional advice and support to employees on-site, ensuring their health and wellbeing are prioritized.
  • Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health, providing expert clinical assessment and advice.
  • Conduct fitness-to-work assessments for employees, ensuring they are fit for their roles.
  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment for employees presenting with minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Support the OH Manager in monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH team.
  • Deliver health surveillance services, ensuring employees are protected from work-related health risks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the occupational health sector, with health surveillance experience.
  • Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), holding a valid and up-to-date PIN.
  • Desirable experience working in A&E or intensive care departments, or as a practice nurse.
