About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Water Asset Management team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to closure, utilizing the 4 key pillars of project management: PLAN, ORGANISE, LEAD & CONTROL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in accordance with RPS systems and processes
- Proactively manage and deliver projects in accordance with project budgets and timeframes
- Meet all responsibilities as outlined in the RPS HSE policy and management systems
- Apply specialist and detailed expertise and compliance with RPS's systems and processes
About You:
- Degree qualified in a Technical or Construction discipline is highly regarded, but not essential
- Certified as, or capable of achieving certification within 12 months of completing probation (APM)
- Full UK Drivers licence
- Proficient in the use of systems, tools, processes, and programmes necessary to manage their projects
- Ability to identify project risks and manage those risks as required
- Ability to manage business relationships in a positive manner including the negotiation and successful resolution of contentious issues
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and respond to management, operational and financial information, and trends at a project level
