Position Overview: The Regional Sales Executive will oversee the West Midlands area, including the SY, ST, TF, WS, WV, and B postcode regions. In this capacity, the Regional Sales Executive will promote a premier selection of ground shoring, formwork/falsework, propping & jacking, and temporary bridging solutions available for hire to Main Contractors and Civil Engineering firms engaged in various construction and infrastructure projects. This role comes with a region that presents significant growth opportunities, reflected in a lucrative bonus structure based on 1% of total sales turnover with no cap, allowing for substantial earning potential.

The Regional Sales Executive will benefit from a robust back-office support system designed to enhance success. The company features an outstanding in-house Design team capable of swiftly processing quotes, a proficient marketing team, and Hire Controllers at each regional depot to assist with equipment delivery once a sale is finalized.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales within the construction industry
  • Proven track record in new business development and account management
  • Experience selling technical or design-oriented construction solutions
  • Possession of a full and clean driving license
  • Ability to sell directly to end users

Compensation: £42,000 - £45,000 Base Salary + Year 1 OTE of £7k (uncapped, earning 1% of all sales), Company Car (Hybrid options), 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays, 10% pension with a 5% contribution, healthcare, and private medical insurance.
