Our client is a prominent UK-based manufacturer of medical devices, with a legacy that dates back to the 1940s. With a global revenue of approximately $1.3 billion, they have established a strong presence in the healthcare sector. The UK division focuses on three specialized product categories, allowing sales teams to develop expertise while also gaining exposure to different areas of the business.

Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting a range of leading infusion pumps and vascular access devices. This position offers complete autonomy over your accounts, enabling you to leverage your relationship-building skills to connect with clinical end-users, including anaesthetists and intensivists, as well as procurement departments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling medical equipment to NHS trusts
  • In-depth understanding of NHS procurement and tender processes
  • Experience with infusion pumps is highly advantageous
  • Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • A driven attitude to expand business within existing accounts

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £45,000, commensurate with experience
  • Bonus: Up to 30% on target earnings (uncapped)
  • Company Car: Fully expensed
  • Benefits: 6% pension contribution, healthcare, access to a company benefits portal, 25 days of holiday plus statutory holidays
