Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to provide expert guidance on all health, safety, environment, and sustainability matters. The successful candidate will ensure best practices, policies, and procedures are followed to minimize risks and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies to maintain high standards
  • Align HSE strategies with business objectives and operational needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legislation, adjusting company policies as necessary
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections
  • Investigate incidents and ensure preventative measures are in place
  • Manage waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
  • Monitor data and KPIs to track improvements in HSE performance
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on HSE practices
  • Lead emergency response planning and drills

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of HSE tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, Root Cause, Six Sigma, etc.)
