M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing policies, practices, and operations for the Health, Safety and Environmental functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure a safe and secure business operation.
- Maintenance of a review program for each site with a goal of continual improvement in housekeeping.
- Continued maintenance of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Maintenance of procedures to ensure compliance with relevant company policies for contractors, suppliers, consultants, and visitors.
- Leadership in house training with managers and employees on HSE issues and risks, as well as participation in new employee inductions and other HSE training initiatives.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualified.
- 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
