Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Party Wall engineering services
  • Initiate soil and specialized surveys
  • Conduct structural and civil engineering design
  • Evaluate contract tenders
  • Monitor construction activities
  • Inspect and assess existing structures
  • Offer advice and design solutions for issues related to fire damage, subsidence, instability, or other structural inadequacies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, analytical, and self-driven engineer who is eager to manage their own projects. Candidates should be Chartered or, if not, possess a minimum of four years of diverse design office experience.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in detailed design of reinforced concrete, steelwork, masonry, and timber is essential. Strong report writing and communication skills, along with experience in site inspections and surveys, are also required.
