Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist/Osteopath/Pilates Instructor to lead our Reformer Pilates service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, osteopathy, or Pilates instruction, with experience in leading teams and managing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Reformer Pilates service, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient care
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement service strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist/Osteopath/Pilates Instructor with a strong background in Reformer Pilates
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
