Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Instructor to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an Exercise Instructor, you will play a key role in providing excellent care and support to our service users, working closely with our physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality exercise programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver exercise programs for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis and back pain.
- Work closely with physiotherapists to develop and implement exercise plans for patients.
- Provide education and advice to patients on exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust exercise plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
