Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Instructor to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an Exercise Instructor, you will play a key role in providing excellent care and support to our service users, working closely with our physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality exercise programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver exercise programs for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis, back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Work closely with our physiotherapy team to provide education, advice, and exercise to patients on a 12-week pathway.
- Manage and prioritize your caseload, working independently with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Use your initiative to produce exercise programs, develop them, and see them through to completion.
- Evaluate outcomes and produce discharge reports.
- Liaise with external agencies as appropriate.
