We are a dynamic and innovative pub company that is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As we prepare for an exciting new refurbishment, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the management team to ensure that they align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and resources, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
