Rikama Education is working with an SEN school in Broadstairs that requires Support Workers with experience in working with students with ASD, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with coping mechanisms and controlling their own behavioural traits
- Develop and implement programmes to aid students in the school setting
- Work collaboratively with the school's support team and Headteacher
