Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients, managing their insurance portfolios, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including property owners and businesses with complex insurance needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Account Executive and Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry.
  • Proficient in managing a traditional cross-class commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries and professions.
  • Keen understanding of the market with the capability to tailor solutions to client needs.
