We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Slug & Lettuce. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Guidance and Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety in the absence of the manager, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
