Job Summary

We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Slug and Lettuce Bedford. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, taking pride in every detail.
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing our menu and drinks offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring our guests and colleagues feel comfortable and secure.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
