We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Programme Leader at the University of Oxford.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing and delivering the informal learning programme for young people, aged 10-19, from diverse backgrounds. This will involve creating engaging, relevant, and varied activities that cater to the needs and interests of our young audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality programme activities that promote learning and personal development
  • Work closely with the Museum's Head of Education and Learning to ensure programme alignment with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with the Youth Mentors to support the development of young people's skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of programme evaluation and assessment strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in informal learning and youth development
