About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Morning Care Assistant. As a Morning Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes during the morning hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with morning routines, including washing, dressing, and preparing breakfast
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

What We Offer

  • A competitive rate of pay: £12.70 per care hour upon completion of the care certificate
  • Paid travel and wait time: Paid for your time spent travelling and the wait time between client visits
  • Mileage reimbursement: Additional 45p per mile
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days holiday
  • Comprehensive training: All training is paid for, ensuring you're well-prepared for your role
  • Ongoing support and development: Continuous one-to-one support along with training and development opportunities to help you grow
  • Referral bonus: £200 for each successful applicant you refer

Requirements

  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • No previous paid care experience needed, we will give you all the training you need to start your career in Care
  • Ability to work in the areas we cover: rural locations
  • Access to reliable transport essential due to the rural location of our clients
  • This role is UK-based, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK as part of the recruitment process
