Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at The Medley. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our customers, promoting their well-being, choices, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and achieve outcomes, supporting individuals in a variety of activities within the service or local community.
- Work with families, paid and unpaid carers to ensure they are involved and listened to, supporting customers in the most appropriate way to enable them to maximise their independence.
- A 26-week probationary period with regular meetings to monitor progress.
- Regular training opportunities to support you in this role.
- A casual working arrangement, with no fixed hours, allowing you to work on an as-needed basis.
