ABOUT THE CONSULTING ASSOCIATE PROGRAM.

Our Consulting Associate Program (CAP) will introduce you to business principles and competencies to prepare you for a career in consulting.

The program will commence with an initial two-week classroom and interactive training session that will:

Provide you with an overview of our sector, including trends and thematic areas of interest to our clients Grant you access to a suite of comprehensive and specialized courses Assist you in developing strategic, critical thinking, and communication skills to enable effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

The CAP is an intensive course designed to equip you with the skills necessary to tackle business and technical challenges, along with the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned consultants.

This program is led by senior leaders who will share their extensive knowledge and insights. You will also have the chance to engage in simulated project scenarios based on actual case studies.

POST-CLASSROOM TRAINING: WORK EXPERIENCE

Upon completing the initial phase of the training program, you will be assigned to a client project where you can begin applying the skills you acquired during the initial two-week training.

You will also be paired with a 'coach', an experienced consultant who will mentor you throughout your career at Capco, and a 'buddy', a peer mentor who will assist you in becoming familiar with Capco's offerings and culture.

You will also have access to additional online and on-the-job training and a supportive network of peers and senior employees to provide guidance as you learn and develop into your consulting role.

To qualify for our Consulting Associate Program, you should meet these criteria:

University graduate with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, such as a change professional within financial services (including Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, Wealth or Asset Management), Consulting, or Fintech experience Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Interest in working in consulting and the financial services industry, staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the sector Passionate about delivering excellence Proactive, open-minded, and inquisitive, motivated to make Capco an exceptional workplace

Core responsibilities include:

Assisting in the development of consulting project plans and strategies for clients Conducting detailed analysis, collaborating with senior consultants Participating in client meetings and presentations
