Job Title: UHBW Bank Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Bank RMN, providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. As a Bank RMN, you will be working in a variety of settings, including emergency departments, medical assessment areas, and wards across the Trust.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of nursing and psychosocial interventions to help reduce patients' distress, as well as supporting general hospital colleagues in making decisions about treatment and care in complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level nursing and observation to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Deliver a range of nursing and psychosocial interventions to help reduce patients' distress
  • Assist and support general hospital colleagues in making decisions about treatment and care in complex situations
