Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and high-quality guidance to clients regarding HR and employment law issues.
  • Oversee cases to resolution, fostering robust client relationships.
  • Develop personalized employment documentation aligned with organizational policies.
  • Conduct HR and employment law training sessions for clients and groups.
  • Maintain precise records and generate reports as required.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in employment law and HR best practices.
  • Advocate for company services and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Engage in training sessions and meetings as necessary.
