Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed annual sales targets by acquiring new business and fostering strong relationships with key clients. You will lead and mentor a high-performing Sales Team to ensure the consistent growth of our enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve contract revenues in alignment with the Company's Business plan, Commission scheme, and individual sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market, staying attuned to its culture, changes, and structure.
- Gain proficiency in our software, iTrent, and comprehend Managed Service delivery at all levels.
- Drive the LME & Enterprise sales teams to execute effective sales activities, ensuring successful closure of new business sales.
- Plan and present sales activities meticulously with appropriate support.
- Ensure all sales related documentation is prepared and despatched to maintain accepted standards of continuity with prospects.
- Generation and maintenance of the pipeline by the CRM system
- Ensure bid review and contractual paperwork is producing accurately and with the required approvals
- Competitive activity, analysis and feedback. as and when required
- Market and business awareness from reading articles, periodicals and discussion.
- Encourage self-generation and manage the pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet the business plan targets.
- Create an environment conducive to identifying and shaping opportunities with new prospects, employing a consultative value-based sales approach.
