Job Description

Venesky Brown's client, a public sector organisation, is seeking a Data Analyst for an initial 3-month contract. The role involves working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the investigation, documentation, and cleansing of existing data models and datasets as part of the introduction of a centralised Data Warehouse.
  • Focus on understanding current data models, documenting them in a central location, and checking data models and data for integrity and data cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document detailed data models and documentation regarding the current estate.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Data Analyst with expertise in data modelling and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of SQL/Database interaction and experience with complex data sets.
  • Experience with SAP Hana/SAP BO reporting suite and CRM/Contact Centre environments.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid working role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Contact Centre and Customer Relationship Management solutions to meet business needs.
