As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our digital mission, helping us stay ahead by evolving our business processes and delivering impact at the heart of national security.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to understand complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement. You will review business processes, engage with stakeholders, and use modelling techniques to structure and understand data, converting it into valuable information.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of large or complex business problems
  • Recommend and advise on approaches to complex business problems
  • Inform tactical decision-making and share knowledge with stakeholders
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to colleagues
  • Line manage a small team and support the development of less experienced colleagues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong track record of leading analysis and delivering impact. You will have a recognized certification in business analysis, such as the BCS or IIBA, and experience working with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
