About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Professional to join our Urgent Care Access Hub and Home Treatment Team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform telephonic triages and urgent assessments of mental health needs and risk
  • Formulate plans of care in acute crisis situations
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor concordance to care and treatment plans
  • Support care packages for organic patients and contribute to the review of care
  • Supervise junior staff and provide decision-making support regarding workload, skill mix, and resources
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (RMN, DipCOT, etc.)
  • Current unrestricted registration with HCPC/NMC
  • Specialist expertise across a range of procedures
  • Professional knowledge acquired through degree/diploma
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
