Senior Registered Nurse (Bank) Opportunity

Circle Health Group Limited (Weekly Payroll) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team on a bank basis. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care, ensuring excellent standards of care are consistently maintained.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their well-being and interests.
  • Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse and lead on clinical shifts as required.
  • Conduct yourself professionally, adhering to the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standards.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably with certification.
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Excellent clinical applied knowledge, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Basic workload/shift management skills.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
