Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Excellent clinical applied knowledge, which is evidenced-based and takes account of national best practice standards.
  • Basic workload/shift management skills.
  • Understanding of workload and shift management.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
  • 18 months post-registration experience.
