We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sherwin-Williams UK. As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and product awareness of our products with assigned B&Q stores in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with store associates, store management, and other customer contacts to promote and represent the brand and product strengths.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for B&Q Store teams, including features, benefits, and selling skills.
  • Identify opportunities for service/upselling and maximizing resource at store level with solutions.
  • Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, colour chip, and colour card stock.
  • Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.
  • Conduct events to promote products and increase sales.
  • Ensure in-store activations and business activity are executed successfully in each store.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Retail experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month and bank holidays.
  • Valid driver's license required for the role.
