Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  • Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
