What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide essential support to the Contract Admin Manager in processing waste tonnage information for the Mid Kent Project.
  • Offer assistance and coverage to other members of the General Management (GM) Contract team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, providing timely and accurate data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain an accurate Materials Manager (MM) system, enabling efficient sales ledger closure within established timeframes.
  • Conduct thorough data validation checks within the MM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for monitoring and managing tonnage data.
  • Participate in the enhancement of MM information systems, driving process improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Proficiency in IT applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Lotus Notes, and financial systems (or a willingness to learn).
  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with the waste management industry is highly desirable.
