As a Consultant Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, you will play a key role in leading our community psychology professionals in providing high-quality, innovative, and joined-up care for people with mental health problems and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary ATS Operational Leadership team to develop and implement service improvements.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT therapists, and Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with severe and complex mental health difficulties.
- Collaborate with service users, their family/carers, staff, and local ICB to provide high-quality care and support.
- Contribute to the development of the psychosis pathway across the West Sussex Division and provide specialist knowledge and expertise.
