About the Role:

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager plays a crucial part in driving the growth of our client, a leading DTC start-up. This role involves developing and implementing digital strategies to scale faster in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head of Growth to optimize, develop, test, and implement new digital strategies.
  • Own all activity across creative-led channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, bringing it in-house, and exploring new channels for testing.
  • Collaborate with the data resource to improve data utilization for attribution and contribute to the automation of campaign management and reporting.
  • Run regular detailed reports on paid marketing performance, with deep dives into creatives, platforms, and incrementality.
  • Work with the Community Manager and agency to support paid influencer campaigns and leverage creators and content for paid channels.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge in paid digital advertising with a specialist knowledge of Meta and hands-on experience as a sophisticated media buyer, spending £200,000+ a month.
  • Creative first mindset with the ability to provide strategic direction, write briefs, and have a passion for finding winning ads.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with a test and learn approach and knowledge of different attribution methodologies.
  • SQL and coding experience.
  • Google Ads (PPC) and other paid channels.
  • Previous experience in a DTC ecomm brand.
