Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients
  • Travel to different client sites each day and work flexible hours
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
