Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of stock counters to deliver the stock taking service
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stock taking processes
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Monitor and report on team performance
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their stock taking needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a team leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
