We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
