We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Management Specialist to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our clients, including institutional fund management clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties. This will involve regular communication with clients, tenants, and colleagues, as well as supervising a team of property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.
You will work closely with our Property Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and will be responsible for preparing formal and detailed client reports on a regular basis. Your expertise will be sought by clients for advice on value enhancement assets, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewal programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants.
- Work with landlords and tenants on all matters related to the clients' property portfolio.
- Undertake or arrange property inspections.
- Assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
- Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive approach to work, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. MRICS qualification is preferred, and you will be expected to support the early careers of our graduates and apprentices working towards their professional qualification.
