Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at Sisk Group. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design management process for MEP projects, ensuring that all design-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design management procedures to ensure that all design-related activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead the design team in the production of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that design solutions meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Manage and maintain design-related records, including design changes, revisions, and approvals.
  • Ensure that all design-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of design management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
