About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to join our team at Exact Sciences. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in helping us change lives by driving market access for our innovative cancer prevention and detection solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective access to our products for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate local real-world evidence (RWE) data to support value demonstration and market access initiatives.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all market access strategic initiatives, projects, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the commercial team in securing private insurance coverage and hospital-based contracts development processes.
  • Design and lead evidence generation projects to strengthen the value story of our products.
  • Monitor and provide guidance on pricing and reimbursement environments and policies for in vitro diagnostics and personalized medicine technologies in selected markets.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in communication tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills and a clear understanding of market-related issues, local and global commercial strategies, priorities, and needs in a growing company.
  • High energy individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-risk/reward environment.
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of working time, including overnight and weekend travel.
