About the Role:- We are seeking an Outreach Youth Support Worker who can build strong relationships with young people involved in or at risk of the Criminal Justice System, enhancing their life chances.
- The successful candidate will be able to engage with young people in various settings, including schools, youth clubs, and community spaces, supporting them to make positive changes.
- Effective assessment of young people's needs and planning of innovative interventions are essential skills for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with key agencies, such as education, police, social care, and health, to provide comprehensive support.
- Representing the Integrated Youth Service with confidence and competence in various contexts is a key aspect of this position.
- The successful candidate will be able to facilitate restorative processes and foster positive relationships with young people.

This post is subject to Ealing's enhanced vetting process.
This role is customer-facing, and as such, you must have a command of spoken English sufficient to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
We currently have one fixed-term position for 18 months. External applicants will be offered a fixed-term contract, and existing Ealing Council employees will be offered the opportunity of a secondment. LBE employees must ensure a secondment release form is signed by their line manager before applying and emailed to us by the application closing date.
