Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure timely and successful client onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, account management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Experience working in an enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of software as a service.
- A competitive daily rate of up to £275.
- A remote working arrangement, with occasional office visits to Leeds (travel paid for).
