We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure timely and successful client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of client information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in an enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of software as a service.
